Dear Friends,
On Sunday, our fall Sunday School season for all ages begins.
We will also begin a four week sermon series on the book of Philippians, which has been called Paul's letter of joy. This Sunday will provide an introduction to the who, what and why of the letter and we'll be challenged to think about what "joy" really is.

Here are a few questions to get you thinking. I would love to hear your thoughts, if you'd care to share them.
* When have you been faced with a seemingly insurmountable problem? How did the experience affect your faith?
* What is the relationship between faith and feelings? Have there been times when God has been faithful, despite your wavering feelings?
